ANOTHER DELAY IN THE DETERMINATION DATE

Hi Everyone,

We have just learnt that yet again the determination date for our planning application 1200967FUL for six 126 metre high turbines has been put back. This is still because Huntingdon District Council is awaiting responses from statutory consultees such as Natural England to the last submission from RWE npower to the council in December 2012.

The possible new dates are either Monday 17 June or Monday 15 July at 7.00pm at the Civic Suite, Pathfinder House, Huntingdon. As soon as we receive any further information we will let you know.

Together Against Wind is running two new campaigns please join up and write a letter to George Osborne (very easy to do) and also sign the petition.

***The First - is to get the level of subsidy reduced and help to stop more people being driven into fuel poverty, it is called 'The Sums Just Don't Add Up' on http://www.togetheragainstwind.com/the-sums-just-dont-add-up-campaign/ and submit a letter to George Osborne, Chancellor of the Exchequer.

***The Second - is called ""Local Decisions Are Good Decisions"" - and is being conducted via a petition, please sign it at http://www.windpetition.com/ . The objective is to stop our Local Authorities being overridden by the Appeal process. This Appeal process is expensive for the taxpayer and alienating many communities.
